Cremation Direct was established to provide simple and low cost cremation services.  We encourage our customers to understand the services and options that Cremation Direct does and does not offer:

CREMATION DIRECT OFFERS:

• Professionals to answer calls 24 hrs a day 7 days a week
• Transportation of the deceased
• Convenient Online Arrangements
• Our assistance in obtaining a signed Death Certificate from Physician
• The Return of Cremated Remains to the family within 10 business days
• Obtaining certified copies of the death certificate from the State of Hawaii Department of Health
• Notification of death to the Social Security Administration

CREMATION DIRECT DOES NOT OFFER:

• a facility to make cremation arrangements
• a facility for memorial services
• embalming and/or dressing of deceased
• caskets
• hearse and limousine(s) for transportation
• assistance with memorial services
• assistance with cemetery details
• assistance with obituaries or death notices
• assistance with veteran benefits or military honors
• prayer cards, acknowledgement cards, and video tributes
• funded pre-arrangements
• assistance with insurance benefits
• a funeral director or funeral services
