Carol has had this poem for some time. It speaks as to why she wants no memorial.

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die

Oh my God, I am so sorry to hear about her passing.  I've only known her through the phone conversations I have had with her regarding my business--we didn't speak as often given the business nature of our relationship, however I really enjoyed talking to her, she was so helpful and you could feel her smile over the phone lines.  This world is so much less without people like her especially in this turbulent society we live in.  Carol will always represent how humans should be to one another.  God bless you Carol.

Carol was kind, generous and was a dedicated professional. I learned much from her both personally and professionally working with her over the last 6 years. I will miss her sense of humor and positivity. She always took the time to get to know people and share her wisdom.
